Who created Exult's title music?

I've looked in the meta tags and on this site, but I can't find out who composed the Exult title music. Was it created just for Exult, or was it borrowed from another project?

It is by Matt Kimmich, and was originally created for the Age of the Dragon project. See also http://cot.freeshell.org/aotdmus/.
