Exult 3D Screenshots II
Wanted to re-open the thread on the 3D screenshots that saw so much activity. That work is truly awesome! I mean, bloody hell -- it's that mystical, enticing and beautiful land of Britannia, as we knew it in Ultima VII, in 3D ...

Re: Exult 3D Screenshots II
Yes, I too look forward to seeing this completed..... Yo, Sam? I can't say much though, because I haven't had time to work on my project. New jobs have a way of sucking up time until you get used to them.
Re: Exult 3D Screenshots II
Never fear. I'm sure Sam will eventually get to it again. Last I heard, he had about 100 3D models left to do. I think that was a couple of months ago. He also had a new job that he had to commute to.
Re: Exult 3D Screenshots II
in the exult logs of 28/09 Sam said the following:
[07:09:58] Wee, working 80 hours a week and I manage time to work on Exult3D
[07:10:37] I'm going to remerge it with a fresh CVS CO soon, then just diff. Still leaves the megs and megs of data, though, of course.
[07:11:36] Camera is being locked down to isometric, by the way, with 45 degrees of freedom from being top-down, and a 75' FoV for now.
