No Sound? :'(

Hi, damn : I'm impressed with Exult. I never finished either of the U7's, but I am certainly tempted to make another attempt with this new client.

My problem is : I can't get sound to work at all. No midi, no SFX, nothing. I've read the FAQ and the readme, and I've installed the SFX packs and put the correct path in the CFG, but I don't get jack

I'm using an SB Live! Value in Win XP

If anyone has any ideas on what I'm doing wrong, or just not doing, then please respond to this.
