Keyring and rune of honor

Maybe this is a stupid question, but here it is:
The Keyring mod has the "rune of honor" quest in it?

Because i am playing it and the mayor of Trinsic never says anything that gets me to the plot of the rune of honor.

Did you download the keyring mod from our download page or Marzos site? (Our download page has a fixed keyring mod)
When I have time I'll try to see what conditions need to be met before you can ask about it.

It does not, no; I never got around to porting the required map changes, so I left the usecode out too.
