Exult with TiMidity and. GUS/Patch under Win32?

Hello,

how can i configure Exult under Win32, to use TiMidity and/or GUS/Patch?

I don't think it is possible. But if you have soundcard of which you can change the soundfont you are probably better off anyway.

Not going to happen. The timidity driver that Exult currently uses has lots of Linux specific code so porting it will require an almost complete rewrite. Not only that, it wouldn't be possible to get it to work in the same way either.

Unless someone volunteers to write a new driver, from scratch, it would be me the one left to do it, and I'm not planning on doing it. Call it a feature that I don't care about, well, not enough to download Timidity and the patch sets. 56k modems hurt

You dont need to port the TiMidity code. SDL offers SDL-Mixer for Win32, there is TiMidity included.

I wasn't talking about Timidity code. I was talking about the way Exult interfaces with Timidity.
