I remember reading about a Keyring mod and a Feudal Lands mod,
but is there a page listing what quality mods are available for U7
and what they add to the game?
Browsing the forums for old threads isn't really an effective way of finding
mods, and reading threads with 100+ posts is quite time-consuming.
I don't think that the key ring is a mod... it's in the Silver Seed, I remember using it in the game so it's there but I don't remember where it is at..
I think both mods are not considered finished but the download location given in the threads is probably the correct one.
Since they are not finished they cannot be hosted that well.
Apart from those two there is also the Sourceforge Island mod (mostly by Dr.Code and a little by me). It's in our source but still unreleased as it is also not considered finished.

Read the documentation and the FAQ! There is no excuse for not reading them! RTFM

There is also SI Fixes. Both the Keyring mod and SI Fixes are available from the Exult source too, but you'll have to compile the usecode yourself. They also have readme files there too, which explain what they do. Also, the original threads for the Keyring Mod and for the Feudal Lands state what the mod does (or will do, in the case of TFL).

I had nearly forgot: there is also Alun Bestor's Quests and Iteractions mod, available from ES Guides.

While Ultima VII: The Feudal Lands is not complete, I have a very strongly defined outline as to what I want it to be and include ^_~ Therefore, a description isn't too hard
I think it could be handy to have a directory of the mods on the site - or at least in the Links section? I mean, I am biased there, but I think it'd be handy
Also, a correctly formatted version of the above list, since Phorum does not like HTML:
