if you are using any editor that uses readline (like Emacs), you can type the combo Esc-C to Capitalize Every Word. Esc-U to UPPERCASE it and esc-l to lowercase it all.
Of course you will ask, how can I use emacs in an HTML textbox? Well, an extension exists for Mozilla that does just that! Forgot the name but you could search on the web for it!
