I'm on Sunrise Isle.

I have the armor, crown, and staff.

I have the earrings, necklace, and ring.

I have all three blackrock serpents.

I teleport into the Void and place the armor, crown, and staff onto the altar.

The Great Earth Serpent then tells me to come back when I have those three things and I'm teleported back out into the room with the teleporter at the top of the stairs.

Version 1.6, Windows 10

Also, I couldn't find the savegame files.

I bought this copy of SI through GOG, I wonder if that does something else with the savegames?

The version by GOG is the usual one.

Which in game resolution are you running? The default of 320x200 or a bigger one? With a bigger view area scripts might fail in Exult

It is a bigger resolution.

I found it now. Should I submit it as a bug? Or do you think it's the resolution?

hmm... I can only reproduce it with your savegame. An old one works correctly in all resolutions. A new one where I just cheat there and get all the items from the cheat backpack also works.
I have no idea what has gone wrong there...

Could it be some other weird thing? Like some item duplication thing?

At the start of the game, I teleported to the duplicate coasts.

Then somehow, I ended up with 4 spellbooks. That wasn't intentional. I almost filled all of them too.

And I had 4 or 5 Rudyom's Wands. Also not intentional.
