Change log out of date

I've been meaning to post about this for a while, but I see the change log being marked as updated every once in a while (for example, it's marked as being updated today), but if I click through to the log itself, it shows as last being updated on 2017-03-01 (see http://exult.info/snapshots/ChangeLog). Any idea what's happening here?

Since we switched to git for our versioning system the changelog has been neglected. But as Kirben always uploads the changelog with his Windows snapshot, it shows as being new everytime.
