I was just wondering what's the difference between the "jmsfx" and the "drbgsfx" sound packs. I downloaded drbgsfx some time ago and just noticed that it isn't available (anymore?) on the download page.
Which sound pack is better? Or should I use the MT-32 version?

Re: Sound Packs
The jmsfx packs were done by Joseph Morris and is a faithful recording of the soundblaster sfx from the original game (as written in the docs somewhere). The drsfx packs were done by me and is a mixture of the sounds that Joseph recorded and other sounds mostly extracted from the U9 sfx files. Because of that my pack was never on our downloadpage and are somewhat "unofficial" soundpacks.
At the moment I'm not at home to give you the correct link to it, but in the last days someone asked for them and Nadir replied with the correct link and also his view of which soundpack to use.
I think you should try out which one you like best. Of course I like my pack but the one by Joseph and the one by Simon (the mt-32 recorded sounds from the original game) also have some advantages.
