Game crashes often with Keyringmod + help with several thing

I am running Exult 1.4 with the Keyring mod. The Game crashes very often without any cases. It crashes mainly when I enter or leave a cave, when I try to perform a higher spell (eigth or seventh) or sometimes when I just walk. But it don't crashes every time, only a few times. What is this problem about?

And I have still another gamerelated questions:

1. Where do I find the Key to the chest in the meeting room of Serpents Hold?
2. Where do I find the Key to the chest from the northern east of the desert in the house, where the pirates are?
3. Where do i find the Key to the chest in the cave which lies under Serpents Hold but it is on the same island?

In addition the spell "Telekinesis" does not work any longer. When I use it, I can see the little stars flying to the lever, but nothing happens. This is real sh... cause I need this spell to solve the game...

You can bypass Telekinesis by turning on Hackmover (first enable cheats, then hit F2, then change Hackmover to on). You can then move or activate anything onscreen regardless of barriers or the laws of physics.
