Over 700 years if you ever looked at the articles about how earthmen age in Sosaria.
Iolo, Shamino, Dupre and the other heroes of Ultima 4 are all from this earth supposedly, and they age at a reduced rate in Brittainian time.
I remember seeing somewhere about there being like a 200 year lapse between each of Ultimas 4, 5, 6, and 7.

The 200-year lapse only happened between U6 and U7. The lapse between other Ultimas is far smaller; for example, from the U6 intro: "Upon your world, five seasons have passed since your triumphant homecoming from Britannia". Since 1 Earth year ~ 10 Britannian years, this gives about 12.5 years passing in Britannia between U5 and U6. I don't know about the lapse between U4 and U5, though.

Ultimas 5 and 6 give Britannian dates and years. The year is 139 at the beginning of U5 and 161 in U6. Where did you get that year rate?

Off the web (Google). It seems it was wrong by a factor of almost 2... but my point (the 200-year lapse being only between U6 and U7) remains true.

Actually, you don't know how long it took the Avatar to rescue Lord British. And the aging factor is explicitly stated in the Ultima V manual.

Claiming it took ten years in Britannia is clearly stretching it. A first timer can easily finish the game in two years game time.

It is? Boy, do I need to read these manuals again...
