(Maybe) OT: Where's the title music in Exult from?

I've never heard the Exult title music actually used in BG or in any other Ultima (then again, I've never gotten more than 1/4th through the game) and so I'm assuming it's an original composition or something. If so, who composed it?

Is he a professional? I think the tracks he did are at least as good as the U7 music.
