Do the Serpent Scale's you find in the Ophidian ruins regenerate, or are they

Serpent Scales: Dunno. I never bothered with reagents in serpent isle once I had shaels' ring.

For the black gate, yep, they respawn randomly in the same general area you first find them in. Just walk several screens away then come back for some more.

No, the serpent scales (or other special regs) do not regenerate. Once you've used them all up, you're out of luck for spells that need them (unti you find the ring of reagents)

You can only get the Ring if you have the expansion, Silver Seed.
