Greetings everyone.
This be my first posting so be gentle. And if you have to *splut* here, I like cherry with vanilla custard! ;]
Right, I don't know if this is an Exult problem, an U7 problem, or PSIFOTM (problem sitting in front of the monitor!!!!).
I'm in the stroage room of the to-be-doomed Sage in New M.
Found my way though the maze of levers and teleporters ... and now I'm stuck :\
I read dozens of helps and walk-throughs by now and the only thing that happens is that I get more and more annoyed (with myself mostly )
It said in a better one: "Walk behind the hidden door behind the last teleporter" ... I tried, seriously, for a day now to accive this. They just stand too close to the walls, every time I try to get BEHIND a 'porter, I step on the damned things :\\
Anyone have a helping hand for me?

I play on win 98 (don't laugh, I use it so I can play other older gams that need DOS still on this PC), Exult 1.o.

I dunno if this has any cause or consequence, but you should seriously play with the latest official version instead of 1.0.
Get 1.1beta3 and try again.

Well, as a Microsoft-User, I am a burnt child when it comes to "Beta-Versions" or "latest release", as I always fear they screw things up.. :\
Think it'd be "safe"?
(BTW: Remind me to write my OWN U7 walkthough, I just managed to solve the damn thing and the Walkthoughs I read ALL left out a crutial element )

write your OWN U7 walkthough.
then:
yes it is fairly safe. That's why it has been released as Official. If you want to get burned, use the Snapshot releases and even then, it wouldn't even be a first degree burn.

Well, the best discription I found of the whole matter said:
"Behind the last teleporter..." now I thought: Okay, lemme see: _LAST_ one would be the one I reach by using all otehr Teleporters, right?
I tried, seriously, for a day to get though there and couldn't. I would always step on the damn thing and get beamed back.
It however, the hidden wall is NOT behind the LAST Teleporter. It's near the CENTRAL one.
You open the door to it by flipping a swich on a blood-stained altar stone. Now walk inside carefully, do not step on the 'porter OR walk left beside it too far (two steps most). The door opened in a way that the right side is blocked and unreachable unless you step on the teleporter, which we don't want.
Use Teleken' to flip the level again and close the door. Walk around the room on the right wall and go though the middle wall-plane.

You don't have to cast telekinesis to close the door again. You can walk past the teleporter on the left side.
