Hey there, I've been enjoying U7 on Exult for years, but soon our household will be Mac only. Will my old savegames, map edits, etc., be able to be transferred from Windows to Mac OS?

Yes, everything can be used on a mac as well.
BUT, if you plan to do map editing you will need to compile exult and exult studio yourself. It's not witchcraft and can be easier than compiling on Windows
