I finally got Exult running in OS 8.6 and it's awesome!
I still have two questions though:
1) The size of the game window depends on the resolution I'm running Exult at. This is an older iMac, so I can't kick up the resolution very high without seriously slowing down the game. Also, I just like playing at the resolution that Origin designed the game to be played in. Is there a way to play it full screen? The full screen option ignores me when I try to choose yes, so I thought there might be some trick to getting it to run that way in MacOS.
2) MIDI. Is there any way to get music? I've got the sound effects working, but I'd really love to have the music as well. Any hope?
Thanks!

Re: Two Mac related questions
Actually, the game window size does not really depend on the resolution. Rather in a bigger resolution (which is squeezed into the same space as the lower ones), it *appears* smaller.
The original game resolution was 320x200. If you want to play that on a 1280x1024 display, you need a magnifying glass in order to play Many modern graphic cards or screens may even have troubles running in such a small resolution. Hence we added "scalers" to exult which allow you to enlarge the image.
There is also a full screen mode, but I never really use it, so it's almost untested, and may just not work.
Midi is working just fine in the latest version... you failed to tell what version you are using, please do so
