Katrina's and Nastassia's portraits

In Hacki's nitpicks for Black Gate, it says that Nastassia's portrait in U7 looks extremely similar to Katrina's in U6.
Would it be possible to swap Katrina's and Nastassia's portraits in BG to rectify this?

But then Katrina's graphic in the Equipment Window and the character frames won't match her portrait.

And I do think you shouldn't take the changes to the original too far. It's a nitpick and not really a bug or mistake. Who know if in between U6/U7 Katrina didn't have a secret pregnancy, Nastassia's parents took her as their own and Katrina went to a hairdresser instead of looking after her kid
