Enscorcio is a chicken in the Sleeping Bull Inn, and he calls me a pikeman and asks if I've failed yet. Nowhere in his possible dialog do I see anything about buying spells.
This is in the original Serpent Isle (w/Silver Seed), and I haven't cheated at all.
I don't remember ever having this issue before. Any ideas?

To be perfectly honest, I had never run into this before either. I went into his usecode to look for the specific conversation thread and saw that he only sells spells while he is in 'tend shop' schedule -- which happens after 6 PM according to his schedule table.------
