I would be glad to help you with patch testing, but I don't speak French
unfortunately.
Just Bon nuit, Tres bien, ...
Reason I was interested to French usecode was just to know if you are having the same problems I have with original version. Your answer cleared this point, anyway.
Thx again

Re: Usecode and fonts.vga question
Sorry a mistake I made:
actually, is the other way round: frame #0c is not displayed with Exult 1.0, frame #5 is.

Usecode and fonts.vga question
In the process of the Italian translation of Bg, I modified fonts.vga to add Italian specific letters and of course compiled/decompiled usecode with the usual tools (b.exe, rip, wuc, mklink) New usecode and fonts.vga work fine with Exult 1.0 and current Exult CVS. They do not with original game run ...

Re: Exult multiple installations?
>Can you give a snapshot to a specific one though? I decided to give it a try, and as far as I can tell, it works this way: if you install a snapshot with the self-installing EXE you download at sourceforge, each further installation will upgrade this one only. Each other manual installation (i.e. e...

Re: Newbie compile question #1000
Hi Wjp, thanks again, once expack compiled correctly and run the missing .h were there. I also had to change somehow msvc_kludges.h to have snprintf declared; the undeclared identifier disappeared. There are anyway other errors left , but I really have to give up now. Thanks for the suggestions. >Fi...

Hi wjp,
yep, full screen mode.

Great, thanks, so I will be able to figure out where to find the map I need.
Thanks!

Newbie compile question #1000
Ok, the subject of the post anticipates you will find some quite boring and probably stupid questions here. I apologize for that. I downloaded Exult 1.1 snapshot of 10th of March together with all needed zlib and sdl libraries. System is w2000 SP3+Visual Studio 6.0 SP5. EXULT_INSTALL_PATH is set and...

Possible bug with --buildmap
Hi again, I think I hit a small bug with the --buildmap parameter. Setup: Win98SE, Exult 1.0 and Exult 1.1 7-3-2003 CVS. Exult is installed in the folder 'Exult' and SI and Bg are in two separate folders, which are subfolders of Exult. Exult.cfg reflects this configuration and both the games run fin...

Exult multiple installations?
Hi everybody, is it possible to install on the same PC both Exult 1.1 and 1.0? I think so, I took a look at the 1.0 installation EXE file and all the needed files may be extracted from it (Exult.exe, sdl.dll, .cfg, data and images folders). This makes me think I could easily create a dedicated folde...

Re: Si-french: nearly finished
Hi Artaxerxes, sorry if I address you in this topic. I searched the forum for translation, and I found a very interesting topic about it: http://exult.info/forum/viewtopic.php?p=5118#p5118 Here you wrote: "ps: I've also prepared a page on the side for those who want to translate SI in your own ...
