Does anyone remember what Ultima 8 Part 2 was to be called? I remember seeing screen shots and everything. If i recall correctly, it was almost done, but then dropped due to the overwhelmingly bad sales that Pagan had.

Yeah. Its definately not a problem with your computer being too fast. Im running an Athlon XP 1900+.

You had lots of crashes? I played it completely through and the only problem I had was in the prison where that cut-scene is when the fawn guard is turned into a bone dragon. I had to teleport to the room to the right and played on.

I had a similar problem with Cove being full of Wis-Lem's and Sherry's.

I had that happen once also while in SkullCrusher.

Unfortunately im far past that point and i do not have that saved game anymore. For some reason, on the third or so try, it did trigger the conversation to bring up "i have the jawbone". Sorry i cant help any further.

Which directory do i place these files in?

I was never able to get sound to work on a PCI sound card. How did you? It made the game very boring and i just waited till someone would come up with an alternative.

I would love to see U6 with Exult. It seems the guys re-making U6 with the Dungeon Seige engine are at least a year and a half away from a finished product... =(

I found a few things that you could consider bugs. Nothing i couldnt get around or wasnt fixed with the latest snapshot. I had the same problem he is experiancing. After the third try playing through that part, for some reason it worked properly.

Use the latest snapshot. It fixed this problem for me.

Xenka had returned earlier. She just wasnt anywhere to be found on the island.

Ok. I went ahead and got the rest of the artifacts, talked with both the heirophant on the isle of crypts and the chaos heirophant at the temple of enthusiasm. Now when i return to Monk Isle, Xenka is nowhere to be found to tell me about sacrafice.

Hmm.. in the walk through it says you must aquire the rest of the artifacts later, after you put the banes back into the wall of lights.

U9 runs smooth as silk on my pc even at the highest resolutions. For some reason after a few hours of play, it gets choppy. Ive got an Athlon 1ghz@1.2ghz, 512mb PC2100 DDR, Geforce2 GTS.

When you get to the Great Hierophant's crypt on the Isle of Crypts, you are supposed to cast "summon shade" to talk with him. When i do this, my spell fizzles and nothing happens. Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?

You can skip the part where the T junction is. Just do what I did. Hit F3 and teleport to into the treasure room in the room where the mage and fawn guard are. Then teleport back out and open the right door and continue with the game.

Nevermind. I used the snapshot of the newest build and it got me out of there. Who-hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
