it is very useful!
so i wanna use it also in SI.
alt + 'k'- key is useful too, but my bag will be in great disorder soon
where is it? can I purchase it in the shops? or must steal it?

You'll get it in the beginning of the Silver Seed quest. I get to the quest by doing the following:
Get the Avatar killed, get the Amulet of Balance from the monks. Use the amulet while on a Serpent Gate, and there you go. I dunno if you can go back early, I always do the quest before I return.

If you want to go back without finishing the SS quest, you have to wait a full week of game time. I've always gone ahead and finished it though, for all the equipment and experience.
