fluidsynth on mac osx

Post by erikf »

Is there any reason Fluidsynth is not included in the Mac OSX nightly builds, I'd love to see Fluidsynth support on Mac. Would be awesome to have a bit of "updated" music in this fantstic game! :)

Glib...
Best is if you build exult yourself. Instructions are in readme.macosx and if you use macports its easy to get fluidsynth as well...

There is now a patch in our tracker which supports loading soundfonts in coreaudio directly. I'll see about adding that.
Same result as fluidsynth but much much smaller footprint ;)

Edit: new snapshot with this setting online. Use for the FULL path to the soundfont you want to use
