The Windows Binary snapshot with the size of 1k is actually not a snapshot.. When you rename it to .htm instead of .exe you will see

Snapshot is disabled until beta is out

just as info for those who tried in vain to execute it..

Who would download a snapshot that is dated 11-28-2001 when the latest release is dated 11-29-2001 ?
And before you ask, since the release nothing that affects the gameplay has been added to the source. Thus no new snapshot.
