Got one red flag of malware from checking the file at www.virustotal.com prior to downloading. The red flag is from virustotal's latest addition, BlueLiv url scanner. I am unable to see details on what was actually detected or suspected.

Which download? Without more information on what was allegedly found it's not very usefull. Also it seems like a spam message

just went there myself and nothing is detected.
