Keyring mod

First off, let me congratulate and thank you all for both Exult and the Keyring mod. I've had to experience them for myself, but from what I've read and seen, they are great works, born of passion for the game.
Truth be told, I'm attempting to play Ultima 7 for the first time ever. I've never even played nor watch someone play any Ultima game, for that matter. But I'm thinking I'm not in error to presume you deserve congratulations and gratitude.
Now, onto to the matter at hand: where can the Keyring mod be found exactly? The modder's (Marzo) website seems to be largely down apart from the homepage. I've found alternative links that were either down or led to older versions than the last, as I understand it.
I've acquired version 0.11.25 from a thread here, from 2012. Pray tell, is this the latest, my good ul' timers?
