Can't enter Tetrahedron

Hi, I'm stuck at the tetrahedron, it simply won't let me in... I'm wearing the enchanted ethereal ring and no damage is done but I simply stop when I run into it... If there isn't a way to get in is there a way to cheat around the bug?

Can you provide a savegame? Worst case, it is the disapearing items bug ;(

Any luck? I would be just as happy to cheat my way around it, I'm just not sure how . Can I force to game to give me whichever item you get from the tetrahedron so I can continue the plot?

Just had time to take a look.

Why do you think did you need the ethereal ring?
Put it on, unlock the magic door, either cast destroy trap on the lightning trap or just keep on walking into the tetrahedon...
Works fine here.

Edit, sorry, reread your original post. Apparently, judging from your last savegame, you are not *wearing* the ring. In BG you have to take off the gloves to wear a ring. Otherwise when you drop a ring on a gloved hand, the ring will just go into the backpack.

You sir are a gentleman and a scholar! Blame it on brain damage but I even read the faq but didn't make the connection, the ring was in the same slot as my sword not on my hand...

Well you are not the first one to trip over this or it wouldn't be in the FAQ
